Terms of Service
Last updated: 23. September 2026
These Terms of Service (the "Terms") are an agreement between Team Two AI AB ("we", "us") and the organization that signs up for or uses Team Two (the "Customer", "you"). By using the service, or by accepting an order form that refers to these Terms, you agree to them.
1. Who can use Team Two
Team Two is a business-to-business service. It is offered only to companies, public bodies, and other organizations, not to consumers.
The person who accepts these Terms confirms that they have authority to bind the Customer.
2. The service
Team Two lets you create AI agents, connect them to channels such as Slack, Microsoft Teams, and email, give them access to your knowledge and tools, and manage who can use them.
We improve the service continuously and may change features. We will not materially reduce the core functionality of a plan you have paid for during the current billing period.
3. Accounts and users
You are responsible for your users, their roles and permissions, and for keeping login credentials and API keys secure. Tell us promptly at hello@tt2.ai if you suspect unauthorized access.
You are responsible for everything done through your account, including actions agents take with the tools and permissions you grant them.
4. Fees, billing, and taxes
Plans and prices are shown on our pricing page or in your order form. Prices are in US dollars and exclude VAT and other taxes, which are added where applicable. For EU business customers outside Sweden, the reverse-charge rule may apply.
Subscriptions are billed monthly in advance through our payment provider, Stripe, and renew automatically each month until cancelled. Token usage above your plan's allowance is billed in arrears at the end of each billing period at the rates on the pricing page.
If a payment fails, we will notify you. If payment is still outstanding 14 days after that notice, we may suspend the service until it is paid.
5. Trials
We may offer a free trial workspace. Trials are provided as-is, may be ended by either party at any time, and do not turn into a paid subscription unless you choose a plan. Trial data is deleted 30 days after the trial ends if you do not subscribe.
6. Cancellation and refunds
You can cancel at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period and you keep access until then. Our Cancellation & Refund Policy describes when refunds are given and forms part of these Terms.
7. Acceptable use
You must not use Team Two to break the law, infringe others' rights, send spam, distribute malware, or attempt to access other customers' data or bypass security controls.
You must not use Team Two for practices prohibited under the EU AI Act, or for high-risk uses under that act, without a separate written agreement with us that covers those uses.
We may suspend use that seriously breaches this section. Where reasonable we will give you notice and a chance to fix the issue first.
8. AI output
Agents generate output using large language models. Output can be wrong, incomplete, or unsuitable. You are responsible for reviewing output and for deciding which actions agents may take without human approval.
When your agents talk to people outside your organization, you are responsible for telling them they are interacting with an AI system where the law requires it.
9. Your data
You own the data you and your users put into Team Two, including documents, messages, and agent configurations ("Customer Data"). You give us the rights needed to host and process Customer Data only to provide and support the service.
We do not use Customer Data to train AI models, and we do not sell it.
You can export your Customer Data during the subscription and for 30 days after it ends. After that we delete it from active systems, and from backups within the normal backup cycle.
10. Data protection
For personal data in Customer Data, you are the controller and we are your processor. Our Data Processing Agreement (DPA) applies and forms part of these Terms. A summary and our list of sub-processors are on our Sub-processors page. The full DPA is available on request at hello@tt2.ai.
Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal data for which we are the controller, such as account and billing contacts.
11. Third-party services
When you connect third-party services, such as Slack, Microsoft Teams, Notion, or Jira, or bring your own model provider keys, your use of those services is governed by your agreement with that provider. We are not responsible for third-party services.
12. Confidentiality
Each party will keep the other's non-public information confidential and use it only for the purpose of this agreement. This does not apply to information that is public, already known, or independently developed, or that must be disclosed by law.
13. Availability and support
We use commercially reasonable efforts to keep Team Two available and secure. Planned maintenance is announced in advance where possible. Service levels and service credits apply only if they are set out in an order form.
14. Intellectual property
We own Team Two, including its software, design, and documentation. These Terms do not transfer any of our intellectual property to you. If you send us feedback, we may use it without obligation to you.
15. Warranties and disclaimers
We will provide the service with reasonable skill and care. Apart from that, and to the extent permitted by law, the service is provided without other warranties, including warranties of fitness for a particular purpose or that AI output will be accurate.
16. Limitation of liability
Neither party is liable for indirect or consequential loss, including lost profits, lost revenue, or loss of data that could have been avoided with reasonable backups.
Each party's total liability under these Terms is limited to the fees paid or payable by the Customer in the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim.
These limits do not apply to liability that cannot be limited by law, to breaches of confidentiality, or to your payment obligations.
17. Suspension and termination
Either party may terminate if the other materially breaches these Terms and does not fix the breach within 30 days of written notice. We may also terminate if you fail to pay after suspension.
Sections that by their nature should survive termination, such as confidentiality, limitation of liability, and governing law, continue to apply.
18. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms. For material changes we will give at least 30 days' notice by email or in the product. If you do not agree, you can cancel before the change takes effect.
19. Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of Sweden, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Disputes will be settled by the Stockholm District Court (Stockholms tingsrätt) as the court of first instance.
